United States

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 6–14 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. LUNA MOVE WEAR is not responsible for packages marked as 'Delivered' by the courier. Refunds are not issued for confirmed deliveries.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lunamovewear.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Damage caused during package opening is not covered.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
